my mind is overpopulated
with thought bubbles which
launch,
stretch,
thin,
and pop
into perfection
into production
or obscurity,
becoming a thin film of
cognitive ability floating
to the floor in a sticky mess.
mopped up and run down the drain,
some become the pipe-dwellers' breakfast

do i sense some disgruntledness from work? lol. my brain is DEFINITELY starting to feel like a filmy stretchy bubble of cognitive ability!
no but seriously, this is a really neat, super vivid concept.
only thing i'm not crazy about is the word "bountiful," since it makes me think of "beautiful," which isn't really fitting here.

yes! plentiful is better. maybe even a word leaning closer to overpopulated...since this sort of reminds me of that field of babies from the matrix for some reason.

sprawling?
crawling... that makes the bubbles seem like bugs... baby bugs...
